Sesha Exports is one of the largest technology integrated manufacturing unit in South India, with two production units in the knit hub of India, Tiruppur. With a production capacity of 1.5 million pieces per annum, we’ve invested in an array of advanced machinery for various finish processes including machineries for Flat-lock, over-lock, single needle, feed-off arm and buttoning, button-holing and more.
The entire production lines are controlled and monitored by trained professionals and supervisors for enhanced outputs with quality controls.

We also offer our clients delicate and exquisite hand embroidery through our association with hand embroidery units. Our range of embroidery includes, thread work, bead work, sequin work on a wide range of fabrics.

Our alliance with the top printing facilities in South India, helps us to deliver seamless quality in digital and screen printing technologies. Our skilled workforce ensures a allied foot print of printing solutions to our clientele across the globe offering a variety of print types including pigment, flock, foil etc on a wide range of fabrics from 100% cotton to synthetic fabrics in the portfolio of Infant wear, Baby Garments, Men & Women exclusives.
Treatments
Our union with leading washing units across South India has enabled us to develop and produce garments that are affluent in finish. With a handling capacity of up to 25,000 pieces per day in every associated unit and extension to offer a variety of finishes such as basic silicone softener, enzyme wash, golf ball and rubber ball washes etc. we are creating bench mark finishes in every garment. In addition to this we offer our clients garment dyeing, cold pigment dyeing and other innovative hand processes on garments like pigment sprays and brushing.
